Ashton Perry is a third generation potato farmer from the western end of Prince Edward Island, where she farms 3500 acres with her two uncles, John and Peter Griffin, her father Troy, her brother Hayden and cousin Colton. W.P. Griffin Inc. grows potatoes for processing as well as fresh market, creamer (baby/mini potatoes) and regular table potatoes. They pack and market all of their own table potatoes as well as buy table potatoes from other farmers to pack.
